There is no need to sign a contract when booking a Cleaning Service.
We will provide an estimate over the phone or at your home for a Cleaning Service and Commercial Cleaning. We will also come out to Look at the Site and provide you a Quote within 48 Hours.
SNAP Cleaning offers trial cleaning services. We understand what it means to trust someone with your home and we want you to be certain you are choosing the right cleaning service before making a long-term commitment. How do you go about finding a cleaning service that has the best features and will also allow you to test them for a trial? This is all possible with SNAP Cleaning, and it is an easy process that will put your mind at ease.

Cleaning

Our Cleaners are very Flexible. To engage our services, book a slot with us. It’s that easy! The benefit of coming to a neat home without having to give it a second thought is what matters most to us at SNAP Cleaning.
It is up to you to decide the number of hours of cleaning service you want us to provide. If you are unsure of how long it will take for our cleaning personnel to work on your home, we advise running through what needs completing in each room, the level of cleaning you would like if any of the tasks can be completed on a rotation basis and what products and equipment you would like used on each surface. This will help you determine how long the job should take and what can be achieved in your booking timeframe.
SNAP Cleaning will provide Cleaning Equipment and Products.
Absolutely! Our Cleaners pride themselves on providing a High-Quality, thorough service. Please be mindful that our cleaning personnel will be working on an agreed timeframe. We ask that, in all fairness, there is enough time allocated for our cleaner(s) to get the job done properly. To ensure quality service, it’s also beneficial to take the time to have an initial meeting with our cleaner(s) to fully explain what part of your home you would like them to cover.

Trust and Safety

Definitely. All Residential Cleaners and Commercial Cleaners are covered by a $1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance Policy.
We run a thorough criminal background check on each of our cleaning employees before hiring. Your safety is a huge priority.
Can I give a key to the cleaners?

Complaint / Resolution

We take customer complaints seriously. In case of any complaints, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the cleaning with photographic evidence at support@snapcleaning.co.nz
